PROFESSIONAL STAFF

The staff consists of a variety of highly qualified and committed educators, including credentialed teachers, a licensed psychologist and specialists in many subjects.

Jim Dorman, Director + Elite Tutor

Mr. Dorman coordinates the operations of the center. He has over 30 years of experience in the education sector and has tutored thousands of students in various subjects. He has also worked extensively with the learning disabled.  

Victoria Hibbs, Elite Tutor

Ms. Hibbs has been an educator for over 30 years.  She has taught on both the high school and college level, and has also operated her own tutoring center.  She specializes in math and science.

Gary Pizzitola, Ph.D., Psychologist

Dr. Pizzitola handles all the psycho-diagnostic evaluations for Educational Resources.  He has been a child & family therapist for more than 30 years.
